We have security cameras outside the apartment and are able to see if people outside your group stay overnight in the house. Staying overnight is considered after 00:00. This will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Excessive guests than reserved: 50 EUR per guest.
DAMAGE

We need to know as soon as possible so we can be prepared to replace, repair, or wash the same day of your check out. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal items during or after your stay. There is a linen fee of 50 EUR per item added, if extensive stains (i.e blood, makeup, etc.) or damage is discovered on linens or throw pillows. There is a 50 EUR/carpet stain fee.
