This property has 2 bedrooms; one of them is built up with fun in mind, converting the balcony space into a gem with wonderful wide view of the lake and the mountains. The other one comes with two beds, queen and twin sizes, providing comfort for friends and family, or a quiet, relaxed time when you vacationing alone.
The two sofas in the living room are somewhat wide, good enough to be used for guests if you're vacationing in groups or a large family.
The huge balcony that faces the mountains, provides a fresh air, and privacy since this property lays on the top the building so you may sunbath in there if you wish so!
Lastly but not least, I love pets so you are more than welcome to bring your fury friends with you!
A Bonus- exception:
There is a sofa-bed in the balcony that can be used in hot summer's nights, in cases of group travelers spending a night or two.

There is a free parking space in the front of the building without signed spaces so you may park in any available parking spot (picture attached)
There is a built-up platform with a few steps in both sides for walking into the building (picture attached)
For your safety:
- The building elevator is controlled by a chip. Instruction how to use the chip in the elevator will be provided to you in person at the time of arrival, along with the propery key
- A camera is installed in the external door of the property that will observe and record the activities at the front of your door and in the hallway.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property during their stay, taking out trash, doing dishes, and ensuring furniture is back in its original location.
