Positive: We had a wonderful 7-night stay at Pati’s Home Lungomare and honestly wished we could extend our vacation, but unfortunately the apartment was already fully booked. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The sea view was beautiful, there was plenty of space, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. All the appliances worked perfectly, and having a washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board made our stay even more comfortable, especially for a longer vacation. The location is excellent. Everything you might need is just a short walk away, including bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, and the Lungomare itself. The elevator was fast and efficient, so we never had to wait long. The air conditioning was excellent, with one unit in the living room and another in the bedroom. Both cooled the apartment very quickly—you could feel the difference within a minute. We also appreciated the thoughtful little details that made the apartment feel welcoming, such as fresh flowers in a vase and even spare batteries for the TV remote if needed. The TV is an older model, but it works perfectly well. Cleanliness was very good (9.5/10). We noticed a little dust inside the display cabinets, but those areas are not really used. Everything that actually mattered and was used daily—the kitchen, bathroom, bed linens, towels, and living spaces—was clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily choose this apartment again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place with a great location and a beautiful sea view.
Negative: The only small downside was that the TV is an older model and doesn’t have apps like YouTube or Netflix. As a couple, we enjoy listening to music in the evenings, so having those apps would have been a nice addition. However, this wasn’t a major issue because the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our entire stay, so we simply used our phones without any problems.
Summary: A perfect stay with stunning sea views—we can’t wait to come back!
