Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I really enjoyed this place. The decor and building felt like old Albania but it had all the modern amenities and the room was well-designed. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and the shower was great (and never ran out of hot water, unlike several other places I've stayed this trip). The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with lots of homemade items. The staff members were helpful. The drive to the location and the parking were both extremely easy. I felt it was a good value for what I paid. Also, they accept credit cards.

Negative: My one complaint was that a lot of noise transferred (there were 2 loud young kids in a nearby room), but with ear plugs and a white noise app I was able to sleep pretty well. I picked the location so as to avoid driving on narrow or steep roads in Berat and in retrospect I could've picked somewhere closer and still not had that problem, but the walk to the sights (maybe 45 min to Gorica area) was quite pleasant in the nice weather of early October.

Summary: nice environment, comfortable, easy to access, good value
