Positive: The hotel was located approx 3 kms from the Promenade. A real plus was having your own private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas at no cost. Our room had amazing ocean views. Situated close to many restaurants and cafes. Bus stop close by to Saranda if you do not want to walk and the other way to Ksamil and Butrint. Very friendly family run hotel. Breakfast was served on the deck and was sufficient to start your day. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Visad
