Positive: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tirana and couldn’t be more satisfied. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always eager to help with recommendations and arrangements. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The bed was excellent, the bathroom was well equipped, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. It was also wonderfully quiet, which made resting after a long day in the city a pleasure. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh products and plenty of options to start the day right. Overall, the hotel offers an exceptional balance of comfort, quality, and service. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tirana, whether for business or leisure.
