The latest addition το the Delight Luxury Residences, our brand new maisonette features a rooftop jacuzzi with sun terrace and views, a large backyard with bbq, 3 spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower. Add to this the workspace, the 100 mbps wifi, the private parking, the fireplace, while being 15 minutes drive from Chania airport, 7 minutes from Chania center and 1 minute from the national road makes it a great choice all year round to rest, work from distance and explore Chania.
Our maisonette sleeps comfortably up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms and an overall 130m2 interior space, spreading in two levels. All bedrooms are found on the upper level, along with the bathroom which features a shower cabinet, the washing machine, a hairdryer and bath amenities. Shampoo, soap as well as other essentials and toiletries.
The master bedroom comes with a king size bed (180x200 cm), a boudoir, a big closet for storing your clothes, individual AC, mountain view and shaders. The second bedroom feature a king size bed (180x200 cm), individual AC, a closet and a small patio that leads to the roof sun terrace, where the private jacuzzi is located too. The 3rd bedroom comes with a queen size bed (160x200 cm), individual AC, a large closet and a cozy private balcony.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious fully equipped, open space kitchen to prepare your meals, featuring a dishwasher, microwaves, an oven, a 4-stove burner, a big refrigerator, a freezer, a mixer, a toaster, a kettle, and a filter coffee maker. On this level, you will also find a large 6-seater dining table and the living room. The living room features a large 50 inches Smart TV, a big corner sofa, individual AC, a fireplace and a large balcony door that opens up to our backyard, the gardens and the bbq. Our yard is also fully equipped with outdoor furniture. A sofa, chairs and a coffee table.
Adequate heating and cooling along with warm and cold water is provided anytime during your stay throughout the whole property.
