Inside, Thalassa Beachfront Villa is set over 2 floors and has been carefully designed to offer all the comforts in a cheerful and welcoming environment. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining lounge with satellite TV and 2 single sofa beds (opening straight to the furnished sea-front terrace), a family shower room, a laundry room (also equipped with dryer) as well as 2 en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin. Stairs lead up to the upper floor, with 2 further en-suite double bedrooms providing seafront terraces with sensational views. The whole villa is air-conditioned and has been furnished with stylish elements to provide a homely yet sophisticated feeling.
Outside, the villa offers to its guests a fantastic front terrace with sea-views, barbecue and dining area: it is the perfect spot for al-fresco dining while admiring the calm sea! The villa also has a beautiful patio wth private pool (measuring 5m x 4m – depth 1.2m), furnished with sunbeds, shades, and a playground for children. Off street parking (free of charge) is provided. A front gate leads right to the beach and the sea, which are just 5m away: one of the most amazing locations in Crete!
Residence: Very beautiful cosy, Thalassa, villa, 2 storeys, built in 2019. In the center of Skaleta, 10 km from center of Rethymnon, quiet sunny, direct access to the beach. Private: 1 swimming pool (30 m², depth 1.2 m, open from 01 04 to 31 10 ), with privacy, outdoor shower, patio, barbecue, children's playground. Linen change 2 times per week every 3 days, towel change 2 times per week every 3 days, apartment cleaning 2 times per week every 3 days. Parking space n 2 cars, at the house. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 200 m, cafe 200 m, distance from airport Heraklin International airport 72 km, hospital 15 km.
