Unique authentic palace between Tivat and Kotor. Quiet and relaxing, it is located in Lustica peninsula, near Lustica Bay resort, beaches, restaurants, golf terrains, wonderful hiking and cycling paths.
Ground floor has 2 living rooms, fireplace, kitchen, dining area and a toilet.
Upper floors host 3 spacious bedrooms, with own bathrooms. One of them has a separate access and a balcony with a view.
There is also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue.

Located on the Lustica Peninsula, between Kotor and Tivat, this property is an authentic palace from Krtoli, dating back to 1882.
Just 1 km from Lustica Bay, in the coastal town of Radovici and right next to Lustica Central, the property is surrounded by the Boka Kotorska Bay, numerous beaches on the open sea, Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Kotor, and many other fine places, hiking and cycling paths. This traditional stone house is part of an ambient environment, boasting a unique traditional look. The Sv.Luka church dating from 7th century is only 3km away.
We can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Children's beds and cots are also available at no extra cost. Please do not hesitate to contact me for more details.
The outdoor swimming pool is heated in colder months and can be used from 15th of May until 15th of October.
There is an outdoor barbecue and dining area. The yard is beautifully decorated with a Mediterranean garden featuring figs, kumquats, lemons, rosemary, and wonderfully scented jasmine and bougainvillea.
All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with free WiFi, smart TVs with IPTV channels, and a Netflix app (accessible with your own account).
