To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 100cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and mostly flat. There are 5 steps to the outside seating area, however you can access this via the grass slope. There is a small lip over the patio doorframe. The pool itself has stepaccess. The ground floor bedroom has a door width of 80cm, whilst the shower room door is 70cm wide. There are 14steps to the first floor.
