Positive: The location of the property is truly beautiful, offering a wonderful view, lovely outdoor areas, and a pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. The outdoor facilities were definitely the strongest aspect of the accommodation. The owner was polite and willing to assist whenever needed.

Negative: Unfortunately, the description on Booking did not reflect the reality of the property. It was advertised as having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which was the reason we booked it for 7 people. In practice, there were only 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, while the 7th guest had to sleep on sofas. The fourth private room was used by the owner, something that was neither mentioned in the listing nor communicated after the reservation. One of the three bedrooms lacked privacy, as it was located on an open mezzanine without a door or partitions. To access another bedroom, it was necessary to pass through this mezzanine, which meant there was no privacy at all. Cleanliness was only superficial. Only some windows had mosquito screens, and in the areas without screens, insects and small reptiles frequently entered the house, causing discomfort. Not all rooms were equipped with blinds or air conditioning. Where there was no air conditioning, only fans were available, which were insufficient. Combined with the lack of blinds, this made sleeping particularly difficult due to heat and strong light. While the owner was courteous and eager to help, we would have appreciated greater discretion during his visits to the property, as we did not always feel comfortable with his unannounced presence.
