Newly built at the end of 2019 this stylish 2 storey villa sleeps 8/10 guests in fully air conditioned and sophisticated interiors that were designed for your comfort and furnished to a very high standard. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, an adjoining lounge (satellite TV and 2 single sofa beds) that opens straight out to a furnished seafront terrace, a family shower room, a laundry room and 2 bedrooms (1 double/1 twin) with en-suite bathrooms. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where there are 2 further double bedrooms with en-suite bathrroms and both have seafront terraces with sensational views of the Meditteranean Sea. The villa has a beautiful patio with private swimming pool equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a play area for children plus a fantastic front terrace with sea views, built-in barbecue and covered dining area which is ideal for al-fresco dining.
