Summary: The hotel is amazing! I was just disappointed with two male staff at the property. Their response was just plain rude. I recognize that Tivat is not diverse so perhaps that influenced their approach towards me. Nevertheless, Jovana is a gem and was really really helpful. There's also another female staff at front desk that was great but I can't recall her name as the interaction was limited to 1 instance.
