Positive: Location was close to the port and had a sea view

Negative: The amenities were old and not cared for. For example the cupboards had a horrible smell inside, when turning the AC on one day a huge roach flew out of it and we couldn’t catch it. The cleanliness was lacking everywhere, basically all that was done daily was to take the trash out, no sweeping, no moping, the sheets were changed once in the week. The worst part of all came in the first night we stayed there we came back from eating out and when we wanted to enter the room the door was stuck and wouldn’t open. We tried multiple times opening it ourselves but it wouldn’t work, so we called the host who said she was one hour away and couldn’t get there and basically told us to solve the problem ourselves. Eventually after she said she will send someone in 20 minutes, somehow we opened it, and when in called her back she told me to not lock the door anymore, to which I told her we won’t do because we have valuable things inside, but guess what, they didn’t care :) and whenever they would enter to take out the trash they left it unlocked. Anyway, the problem wasn’t that the place was older, we saw that in the pictures, the problem was that it was unkept and not well cleaned. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Summary: Good enough if you don’t mind an unclean room and hosts that don’t really care about their guests.
