Andros is a big island, with unique image transitions, between the capital of Chora, with the renovated mansions and the neighbouring villages that preserve the rich atmosphere of its maritime tradition, the lush hinterland with abundant running waters, the stone traditional settlements and the sandy, secluded or well organized beaches.
The port of Gavrio is at approx 4 km from Kypri.
Our property in Kypri area, is a relaxed and quiet environment with access to three of the most beautiful beaches of Andros, Kypri beach, Golden Sand beach and Ag Petros beach. A four acres land, with olive trees and vines, magnificent sea view and absolute privacy.
The neighborhood is in a short distance (3km) from the village of Batsi and 200m approx from the sea and the bus stop. The closest beach is Kypri, which is sandy at 200m approx. and then Golden Sand beach and Ag Petros. All these are organised with beach bars and parking space.
You may find a grocery store and bakery in Ag. Petros and then a large super market 'MASOUTIS' close to Gavrio port.
At distances of 5-10 min by car, there are nice restaurants.
The Deluxe family apartment that accommodates max 5 persons, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large veranda with kichenette and dining area, which has glass and tent protection. The beds are 1 large double bed (1st bedroom), and 2 single beds which may be united in one large double (2nd bedroom). One more foldable bed or baby cot may be added upon request.
The apartment has verandas with pergolas and outdoor furniture, where you may enjoy the view to the sea and your meals. The kitchen is small, but adequately equipped so that you can prepare breakfast and meals. There is laundry service available for free.
The access to the apartment is thourgh stairs, and at the parking area which is only shared with the owner, there is outdoor shower.
